Overview
We do refund and/or take returns. There are no returns for all purchases, so check carefully before placing your order(s).
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Other products where refunds are not granted:
- Tea/health products
- Books and T-Shirts Products
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale or clearance items:
All promotional sales items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges For Transform Me Products:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items that are carelessly or negligently destroyed or damaged cannot be exchanged. If you need to exchange an for the same item, send us an email at {cs@transformationisnow.org} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
There are no refunds for gift items or products.
